From April to October, every day except weekends: - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. - From 15:00 to 19:00 hours. From November to March: - Hours to be arranged.

50% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by TPV (credit or debit card) at the time of booking. The rest of the amount will be paid before the departure of the boat, at the time the contract is formalized.

Covid Annex: If by Government Decree (Covid) the departure cannot take place, Bluesail returns the deposit to the customer. The cancellation of the reservation may involve the return of part of the money paid, depending on the time it occurs: - Up to 2 weeks before: 75% refund. - Up to 1 week before: 50% refund. - During the last 7 days: No refund. - Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not be refunded. - The client may request a change of date/time in his reservation up to 10 days before the date of the excursion. The change will be subject to availability and feasibility of Bluesail. -Before the departure of the boat from the port, 100% of the rental amount must be paid in cash or by credit card. -If you can not go sailing because of a personal problem, Bluesail Blanes will not be responsible, and therefore will not refund the money or change the day of the rental. -In case of bad sea or bad weather, the money will not be refunded. A voucher will be issued with one year of validity so that you can use the money of the reservation any other day, in the period of one year and subject to availability.
