The cancellation of the reservation may entail the refund of the money paid, depending on the moment in which it occurs:
* Up to before 2 weeks: full refund of the amount
* Up to 1 week before: 50% refund
* During the last 7 days: there is no refund
– When hiring the boat exclusively, the partial cancellations of people who will come will not change the price.
– The client may request a change of date/time in their reservation up to 10 days before the reserved date. The change will be subject to availability.
– Sometimes the weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the experience on board, since to a great extent it would ruin such a pleasant activity as the navigation and the enjoyment of the expedition (this fact will be determined by the person in charge, the skipper). In this case, the client can request a change of date/time to carry out the activity or request a full refund of the amount.
– It is also possible that the person in charge considers it necessary to cancel or change the duration of the activity (the decision of the skipper as a professional will not be subject to discussion). In this case the reasons and conditions will be studied to evaluate what amount should be returned to the client.
