High season

Private catamaran trip for up to 11 passengers:

Many catamaran experiences allow additional services to be added in order to personalise the trip, particularly for groups or events.

Catamaran rental on the Costa Brava will usually include everything required to enjoy the experience comfortably and safely:

• Professional Skipper
• Storage space for personal belongings
• Ice-cooler for drinks and snacks

Trips are usually organised at different times of day to suit each type of plan.

An advance payment is normally required to confirm a catamaran booking.

Approximately 50% of the total amount is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the activity.

Cancellation of a BRAVANAUTIC booking may entitle the customer to a refund, depending on when the cancellation takes place:

- More than two weeks before the activity: full refund.
- Between one and two weeks before the activity: 50% refund.
- During the final seven days: no refund.

- The customer may request a change of date or time up to ten days before the booked date. Any change will be subject to availability.

- Weather conditions may occasionally make it impossible for the boat to leave the harbour safely, as they could seriously affect the sailing experience and the enjoyment of the activity. This decision will be made by the person responsible for the activity. In this case, the customer may request a different date or time, or a full refund.

- Weather conditions can sometimes change within a few hours, and the customer may decide to return before the scheduled end of the rental period for safety reasons. In such cases, the circumstances will be assessed to determine whether any amount should be refunded. This assessment will always be made by the professional responsible for the activity.

- The person responsible for the activity may also consider it necessary to cancel the activity or change its duration. Their decision as a qualified professional must be respected. In such cases, the circumstances will be assessed to determine the amount to be refunded.
