The cancellation of a booking may entitle the customer to a full or partial refund depending on when the cancellation is made:

Up to 14 days before the activity: full refund.
Up to 7 days before the activity: 50% refund.
During the last 7 days before departure: no refund will be issued.

As this is a private exclusive charter, partial cancellations of participants will not modify the total booking price.

Customers may request a change of date or time up to 10 days before the activity, always subject to availability.

In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions that make the excursion unsafe or unsuitable, the skipper may modify, cancel, or adapt the planned route. In this case, the customer may choose between rescheduling the activity or receiving a full refund.

Likewise, the skipper, as the person responsible for the vessel and onboard safety, may modify the route or duration of the activity if considered necessary for technical, weather, or safety reasons. In such cases, each situation will be assessed individually to determine whether a partial refund applies.
